70% Advance Payment

A 70% advance payment is required to confirm the order and initiate the project. This advance allows us to arrange the required marble or granite materials, prepare the design, and begin the production process. Work will only start once the advance payment has been received and the order is officially confirmed.

30% Final Payment

The remaining 30% payment must be completed before the final delivery or installation of the project. Once the balance payment is cleared, our team will proceed with the delivery and installation as scheduled.

Order Confirmation

All projects move forward only after the design, material selection, and quotation are finalized and approved by the client. Once the advance payment is received, the order is considered confirmed and the project enters the production stage.

Changes or Additional Work

Any design changes, additional materials, or extra work requested after the project has started may result in additional charges and possible adjustments to the project timeline. Our team will inform the client before proceeding with any changes.

Natural Material Variation

Marble and granite are natural stones, and slight variations in color, texture, and veining may occur. These natural characteristics are not considered defects but are part of the unique beauty of the material.

Delivery & Installation
